Role Overview
The Manager, Global Education & Training, Internal leads the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of internal, role-based training programs for a global workforce. This is an in-office role with a hybrid schedule, based in Raleigh, NC or Carmel, IN.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive internal training programs across functions and geographies.
- Oversee instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning training modalities.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Monitor training analytics and evaluate effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
- Develop and maintain standards, processes, and methodologies for training delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global education and training team.
- Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, ISO13485, QARA regulations, and corporate policies.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years in education and training roles with instructional design expertise.
- Experience with LMS administration and modern training technologies.
Additional Information
- Hybrid, in-office role (3 days per week).
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
