Role Overview
Degreed is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise and strategic customer implementations across the NAMER region and western Europe. The role guides customers from post-sale through launch, ensuring high-quality deployment of Degreed’s AI-powered learning and skills platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Translate business and learning objectives into scalable platform configurations.
- Design skills frameworks, pathways, content strategies, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to define AI use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Manage project plans, risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support integrations including SSO, HRIS feeds, APIs, and data workflows.
- Deliver client enablement sessions and administrator training.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations or consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of learning ecosystems (LMS, LXP, HRIS, skills platforms).
- Experience implementing AI-enabled SaaS features and advising on responsible AI adoption.
- Strong project management and executive communication skills.
