Role Overview
The Special Education Compliance Coordinator is a state-certified teacher delivering online instruction and ensuring compliance with IEP requirements for students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and required documentation
- Facilitate annual IEP meetings and collaborate with parents and staff
- Provide synchronous and asynchronous online learning experiences
- Ensure accommodations, modifications, and assistive technologies are implemented
- Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Active State Special Education teaching license
- Ability to clear required background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Additional Information
This is a full-time remote position, strongly preferring Texas residents, with up to 20% travel required.
