Role Overview

The Special Education Compliance Coordinator is a state-certified teacher delivering online instruction and ensuring compliance with IEP requirements for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Facilitate annual IEP meetings and collaborate with parents and staff
  • Provide synchronous and asynchronous online learning experiences
  • Ensure accommodations, modifications, and assistive technologies are implemented
  • Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote position, strongly preferring Texas residents, with up to 20% travel required.
