Role Overview

Element451 is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead, scale, and develop a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role plays a critical part in building a metrics-driven outbound function that generates high-quality sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale, manage, and develop a rapidly growing BDR team.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top BDR talent.
  • Create development programs and promotion paths for BDRs.
  • Implement modern outbound prospecting techniques and optimize SDR operations.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Align closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales management experience in outbound B2B SaaS.
  • 6+ years of total sales experience.
  • Fluency with prospecting tools such as HubSpot and Gong.
  • Strong coaching, data-driven, and leadership skills.
