- Scale, manage, and develop a rapidly growing BDR team.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top BDR talent.
- Create development programs and promotion paths for BDRs.
- Implement modern outbound prospecting techniques and optimize SDR operations.
- Track performance metrics and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Align closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales management experience in outbound B2B SaaS.
- 6+ years of total sales experience.
- Fluency with prospecting tools such as HubSpot and Gong.
- Strong coaching, data-driven, and leadership skills.
