Role Overview
The Regional General Manager is a strategic leader responsible for growth, partnerships, and operational success across 2U’s Alternative Credentials business in the U.S. region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic relationship manager for major edX and Executive Education partners.
- Own partner satisfaction, escalation leadership, and contractual oversight.
- Drive revenue growth, financial health, and new business development.
- Lead regional operations and manage matrixed internal teams.
- Collaborate with edX leadership on platform and portfolio strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10–15+ years experience in EdTech or Higher Education.
- Proven success managing external partners and matrixed teams.
- Strong financial, commercial, and strategic judgment.
