Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping Duolingo scale impact as a global education platform. You will partner with leaders across Growth, Language Learning, Monetization, and more to shape priorities and build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop actionable strategies by combining market understanding, user insights, and product vision
- Assess opportunities and markets through research, hypothesis generation, and iteration
- Establish success metrics, frameworks, and trade-offs across priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and finance
- Continuously learn and grow while delivering high-quality strategy work
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders

This role is based in Duolingo’s Pittsburgh headquarters with a hybrid work model (4 days in-office per week). Salary range applies across all U.S. locations and includes equity and benefits.
