Role Overview
The Learning Program Manager (LPM) for Seabee Readiness serves as a Training Specialist and Subject Matter Expert supporting CECOS at CSFE in Port Hueneme, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Seabee Readiness courses for technical accuracy.
- Design, develop, and maintain curriculum and instructional materials.
- Conduct training and media requirements analysis.
- Develop learning objectives, tests, and evaluation plans.
- Create computer-based, web-based, and technology-based learning solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training system analysis and design.
- Experience with Naval Construction Force operations or training.
- Ability to work onsite in Port Hueneme, CA.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for background investigation.
Additional Information
Full-time, onsite role with potential 9/80 flexible schedule. Travel less than 10%.
