Role Overview
The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) partners with faculty and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, accessible online learning experiences across diverse programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop online courses using evidence-based learning design and adult learning theory.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects and delivery timelines.
- Integrate AI-informed workflows, learning technologies, and analytics into course design.
- Ensure accessibility, ADA/WCAG compliance, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with faculty, SMEs, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with LMS platforms, instructional design tools, and multimedia.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
