Role Overview
This director-level role leads enrollment growth operations at Pearson Virtual Schools, owning the lead-to-enrollment lifecycle at scale in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end enrollment funnel from lead to enrolled student.
- Lead large, fully remote teams across seasonal, high-volume enrollment cycles.
- Set enrollment strategy, targets, and performance expectations using data.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, service quality, and equitable access.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years leading large, customer-facing operations.
- Experience with regulated, 7-day-per-week operations.
- Strong analytical, people leadership, and process design skills.
