Role Overview
K12, a Stride Company, is seeking a remote At-Risk Instructional Math Coach for the 2026-2027 school year to support at-risk students through data-driven, inclusive instructional practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate weekly with teachers to improve implementation of state math standards.
- Provide coaching on lesson planning, instructional delivery, differentiation, and data action planning.
- Develop and deliver virtual professional development aligned to organizational goals.
- Observe instruction and support research-based strategies for at-risk populations.
- Facilitate PLCs and collaborate on data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Active Math State Teaching License (Texas).
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Ability to travel up to 20–30%.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.

This is a full-time, remote position funded by State Compensatory Education funds.
