About the Role
This role is for an experienced Product Manager joining a founding team for a new initiative. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering and Success teams to identify customer problems, test solutions, and drive impactful product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead early product discovery to identify and prioritize customer problems.
- Collaborate with Engineering on technical discovery, prototypes, and MVPs.
- Write product stories covering the why, what, and when.
- Engage customers to gather feedback on concepts and prototypes.
- Establish goals and metrics to guide and measure impact.
- Communicate product decisions clearly across stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS product organizations, including 2+ years as a Product Manager.
- Experience building complex products that leverage AI.
- Strong skills in customer discovery, data analysis, and agile tools.
