Role Overview
The Account Development Specialist is an inside sales role focused on growing business with K-12 schools and districts through relationship-building, product expertise, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new and existing K-12 school and district accounts
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, trials, and online product demonstrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams
- Support quarterly and annual business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience in sales, customer service, or K-12 education
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ, with three days in-office and two days remote. Occasional travel may be required.
