Role Overview
The Senior Systems Analyst I supports, troubleshoots, plans, develops, implements, and improves Kaplan's business systems applications, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced support and troubleshooting for business systems applications
- Write SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions
- Conduct performance tuning and data extracts
- Identify, document, test, and validate application defects and enhancements
- Support system upgrades, deployments, and user acceptance testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Microsoft T-SQL and SQL Server expertise
- Strong communication and documentation skills
