Role Overview
As Coursedog’s Business Systems Lead, you will own and evolve the Salesforce platform and broader GTM systems ecosystem to power revenue operations. This player-coach role blends product ownership, delivery leadership, and hands-on building while leading a small offshore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce product roadmap and manage sprint cadence.
- Lead stakeholder discovery and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design workflows, coordinate release management, and oversee UAT.
- Drive AI and automation to modernize systems while ensuring stability and integration.
- Maintain operational health across GTM systems including billing, support, and revenue tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in systems administration, product ownership, or revenue operations.
- Expert-level Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Experience with AI/automation implementation and systems architecture.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical team leadership skills.
