Role Overview
The Manager, Learning & Development, Learning Experience Designer (LXD) designs strategic, data-driven learning experiences that elevate performance across Walmart Connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end learner journeys across ILT, vILT, eLearning, microlearning, and social learning.
- Conduct needs analyses and map skill gaps to measurable learning solutions.
- Develop visually engaging, multimedia learning assets using industry-standard tools.
- Build scalable curriculum frameworks aligned to competencies and KPIs.
- Define and implement learning measurement strategies and iterate using analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage vendors and SMEs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design.
- Expertise across multiple learning modalities and authoring tools.
- Strong grounding in adult learning theory, UX, and learning analytics.
