Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Learning Experience Design is a strategic leader within Visa University’s Learning Experience Design community, leading complex, global learning initiatives for Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Learning Experience Designers
- Own end-to-end design, deployment, and measurement of global learning programs
- Partner with senior leaders to define learning needs and program vision
- Champion innovation and adoption of new learning technologies
- Develop comprehensive measurement strategies and report impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Learning & Development or related field preferred
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
Additional Information
This is a hybrid position based in Austin, TX. Travel required 5-10%.
