Role Overview

The Instructional Technology Associate is a hands-on production and design role within the Center for Teaching and eLearning at Baylor College of Medicine. The role focuses on designing and delivering high-impact digital learning experiences across biomedical sciences, health professions training, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise 360, HTML/CSS, ensuring WCAG AA accessibility.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate storyboards into online courses.
  • Produce and edit video content, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Design visual assets for eLearning, presentations, print, and digital platforms.
  • Support WordPress websites and LMS platforms including Blackboard and Canvas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with video production and eLearning tools.

Additional Information

Position is hybrid within the Greater Houston area after onboarding. Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
