Senior leadership role overseeing strategy and operations for DREAM’s K-12 Learning Team, integrating academics, student supports, and AI initiatives.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Learning, the Network Director of Learning Strategy and Operations manages the strategic direction and operations of DREAM’s K-12 Learning Team. The role aligns long-term strategy with day-to-day operations across academics, student supports, enrichment, and AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee cross-functional project plans for K-12 initiatives.
- Design and manage multi-year and annual strategic planning processes.
- Oversee budgets, systems, and operational processes for the Learning Team.
- Manage and coach the Associate Director of Learning Operations.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years relevant experience in schools or comparable leadership roles.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Deep familiarity with generative artificial intelligence.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and communication skills.
Working Expectations
Hybrid role with at least 3 days per week on-site across DREAM campuses in East Harlem and the South Bronx.
