The Learning & Development Specialist serves as a senior individual contributor within the Integrated Talent Management team, advancing enterprise capability through strategic learning solutions and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational learning needs and design targeted development solutions
- Design and deliver learning programs across functional, technical, and leadership domains
- Own end-to-end execution of learning programs and LMS operations
- Develop learning analytics, dashboards, and evaluation frameworks
- Partner with leaders on organizational performance, change management, and adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or organizational development
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience administering and optimizing a Learning Management System
