Role Overview

The Senior Sales Trainer serves as the primary facilitator and capability builder for Group Benefit Solutions’ Distribution organization. The role designs and delivers blended learning programs to upskill sales and support professionals through consultative engagement, AI-driven insights, and technology-enabled practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute blended learning journeys including self-paced, live facilitation, and manager-led reinforcement.
  • Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences using simulations and scenario-based learning.
  • Lead Distribution AI enablement programs and consultative selling training.
  • Develop and update training materials focused on AI, product positioning, and client experience.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure learning translates into measurable performance impact.
  • Track participation, engagement, and application metrics to measure effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating learning across virtual, hybrid, and in-person environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate independently.
