Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Advisors
- Develop and execute loan operations strategy
- Oversee daily loan operations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with banking partners on loan products
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in loan operations or financial services
- Strong understanding of student loan products
- Data-driven with analytical and CRM proficiency
