Role Overview
Serve as a strategic clinical expert bridging radiology practice and AI product development, guiding cross-functional teams to improve radiologist workflows and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate radiologist pain points into actionable product insights.
- Support AI model development, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, product, design, and support teams.
- Engage customers to drive feedback, adoption, and product improvement.
- Maintain regulatory awareness and ensure compliance considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience in radiology, engineering, product or program management.
- Expertise in radiology reporting standards and workflows.
- BC/BE Radiologist or equivalent radiology reporting experience.
- Healthcare AI experience, including LLM prompt engineering.
