Role Overview

You will lead short- and long-term hiring plans for complex organizations within Microsoft Engineering, including AI, Security, and Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ or 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, or Master's Degree with 8+ years
  • 5+ years executive-level sourcing or recruiting experience in data center organizations
  • Knowledge of U.S. competitive landscape; global market knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and candidate tracking systems
