Role Overview
You will lead short- and long-term hiring plans for complex organizations within Microsoft Engineering, including AI, Security, and Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of hiring plans across complex organizations and talent pools
- Partner with executives and HR to assess talent needs and gaps
- Provide external talent maps and competitive market insights
- Create innovative sourcing strategies across countries and subsidiaries
- Manage candidate assessment frameworks and screening processes
- Optimize staffing policies and move senior candidates through hiring processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ or 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, or Master's Degree with 8+ years
- 5+ years executive-level sourcing or recruiting experience in data center organizations
- Knowledge of U.S. competitive landscape; global market knowledge a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and candidate tracking systems
