Role Overview
Build and lead the development of scalable data platforms that power AI products and services, collaborating closely with engineers and AI researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable data pipelines for sourcing, transforming, and publishing data assets.
- Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, application engineers, and AI researchers.
- Ship high-quality, secure, and maintainable production code.
- Manage a small team of senior data engineers.
- Own engineering and operational excellence including code quality and PR reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience or Master's degree with 4+ years experience.
- Strong experience with Python, Java, Spark, SQL.
- Experience with Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, NoSQL datastores.
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience building distributed systems at scale.
