Role Overview
Lead the development of AI-first learning experiences that help students excel in their educational journeys, shaping vision, strategy, and execution for student-focused products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own long-term product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven learning tools.
- Drive product-market fit using customer insights, research evidence, and competitive analysis.
- Partner with researchers, educators, and data science teams to validate hypotheses and run experiments.
- Lead end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, and data teams.
- Use data and AI-driven insights to improve engagement, retention, and student outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years product management experience shipping consumer education technology products.
- Extensive technical engineering background with coding experience.
- Deep understanding of learning science, adaptive learning, and engagement-driven design.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
