Role Overview
The Cloud Solution Architect - Security role within Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success organization focuses on enabling customer success through secure, scalable cloud architectures. The role partners closely with customers and internal teams to deliver value from Microsoft Security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
- Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Security solutions including Zero Trust.
- Resolve technical blockers using Microsoft best practices.
- Lead architectural design sessions aligned to customer objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Security, Identity, and Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Sentinel.
- Professional security certifications preferred.
