Manage and grow recruitment partner relationships to drive international student enrollment for ApplyBoard’s global education platform.

Role Overview

This role is a frontline partner manager responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners to increase international student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for ApplyBoard to agents, institutions, and students.
  • Develop strategies to increase international student enrollment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Guide and train agents to improve application quality and volume.
  • Use CRM and social media tools to drive engagement.
  • Implement data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
