ApplyBoard is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive growth across its recruitment partner ecosystem. The role focuses on relationship management, enrollment delivery, and expanding international student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for ApplyBoard with agents, institutions, and students.
- Develop strategies to increase international student enrollment.
- Build and manage strong relationships with recruitment partners.
- Guide and train agents to improve application quality and volume.
- Use CRM and social media platforms to drive engagement.
- Implement data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
