Role Overview
The Operations Support Officer supports ApplyBoard’s Commercial team by ensuring smooth administration and coordination of partner agent operations globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end partner account operations from review to activation.
- Maintain accurate operational data across systems and documentation.
- Coordinate partner account ownership and internal alignment.
- Support operational programs and incentive initiatives.
- Identify workflow gaps and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an operational, administrative, or coordination-focused role.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with workflow or task management tools is a plus.
