Role Overview
ApplyBoard is seeking a driven tele-sales professional to acquire and activate new study abroad consultants across India. This contractual, on-site role focuses on partner acquisition, activation, and long-term relationship growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to study abroad consultants across India to build a pipeline of new partners
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Drive activation of newly onboarded partners within the first 30 days
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Support partners in scaling student applications and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of tele-calling or inside sales experience (preferably B2B)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; regional language proficiency preferred
- Comfortable with sales targets, closures, and objection handling
- Self-driven with high emotional intelligence
