Role Overview
ApplyBoard is seeking a driven and organized Enterprise Recruitment Representative to support institutional partners and drive targeted enrollment growth. This role represents Arden University in assigned markets and acts as a liaison between institutions, recruitment partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Participate in education fairs and deliver presentations.
- Engage daily with recruitment partners and provide training.
- Promote adoption of premium services and tools.
- Serve as a liaison between institutional stakeholders and ApplyBoard teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and performance data.
- Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars.
Requirements
- 0-1 year experience in account management, sales, or recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Ability to travel extensively (15–20 days per month).
