Role Overview
This role supports institution partners by driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction through recruitment strategies, conversion initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
- Support conversion rates through partner activation and training
- Promote adoption of premium services and tools
- Serve as liaison between institutions and internal teams
- Maintain CRM records and performance data
- Conduct regular check-ins with recruitment and admissions teams
- Assist with workshops and training sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in account management, sales, or recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of enrollment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software
