Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive at Gecko, you will own relationships with Higher Education customers, ensuring they achieve real value from the platform while managing renewals and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and act as main point of contact for universities.
- Run onboarding, check-ins, reviews, and QBRs.
- Manage renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Provide first-line support and own issues through resolution.
- Visit campuses and attend sector events.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Comfortable with commercial responsibility and renewals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and work remotely.
