Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive at Gecko, you will own relationships with Higher Education customers, ensuring they achieve real value from the platform while managing renewals and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships and act as main point of contact for universities.
  • Run onboarding, check-ins, reviews, and QBRs.
  • Manage renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide first-line support and own issues through resolution.
  • Visit campuses and attend sector events.

Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing or account management role.
  • Comfortable with commercial responsibility and renewals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely.
