We are hiring a Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead and build high-impact learning solutions for global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design blended learning journeys with measurable outcomes
- Lead instructional design strategy and discovery workshops
- Apply AI thoughtfully within learning solutions
- Create slide decks, facilitated materials, and eLearning content
- Review medical content to optimize learner experience
- Partner with pharmaceutical stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
