Role Overview
College Board is seeking a Data Engineer, AWS & AI/ML Enablement to design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native data platforms supporting analytics and AI/ML use cases in higher education.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines using AWS services.
- Develop analytics-ready data models and complex SQL queries.
- Build serverless ETL frameworks and microservices-based architectures.
- Enable ML-ready datasets, feature pipelines, and MLOps workflows.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and observability.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in data or software engineering using AWS.
- Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
- Experience with ML and generative AI on AWS.
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

This is a full-time, fully remote role within the United States, aligned to EST hours.
