Role Overview

Brightwheel is seeking a senior, high-impact Sales Operations Lead to act as a principal individual contributor partnering with senior GTM leadership. This role focuses on scalable systems, analytics, and strategic execution to support growth across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior Sales Operations and GTM leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Build executive-ready analyses and recommendations using quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Lead change management to operationalize new GTM initiatives.
  • Define priorities, track performance, and identify growth levers.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of professional experience, including 3–4+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and GTM analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
