Role Overview
DREAM seeks a strategic and execution-driven leader to translate organizational priorities into action as Director of Strategy Operations. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role anchors strategy execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare agendas, slide decks, and briefing materials for leadership and board meetings.
- Design and manage high-priority cross-functional projects.
- Support Artificial Intelligence pilots by managing milestones and synthesizing research.
- Identify and implement organizational process improvements.
- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
