Role Overview
The Content Specialist develops Engineering & Architecture content for Kaplan's PPI products, collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality educational materials enhanced by AI-supported workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review exam-like engineering and architectural content for accuracy and quality.
- Architect and implement AI-supported content workflows using tools like Google Gemini and AppSheet.
- Source, onboard, and manage subject matter experts and authors.
- Lead end-to-end content projects, managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain documentation, improve workflows, and manage administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of content development or content project management experience.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms and no-code/low-code tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
