Role Overview
As the Director, IT, you will lead IT Operations and IT Services, architecting secure, scalable infrastructure for an AI-integrated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term IT Operations and IT Services roadmaps.
- Lead cloud identity, access management, and agent infrastructure strategy.
- Oversee IT security posture, compliance efforts, and incident response.
- Drive automation for employee onboarding/offboarding and service excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure/operations.
- 3+ years managing managers or multiple IT teams.
- Strong IAM experience (Okta or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of SOC 2, NIST CSF, and SOX.
