Role Overview
Nutanix is seeking a Technical Content & Training Designer to create high-quality training materials and technical documentation for global support teams, partners, and customers. The role focuses on video-based learning, scalable digital experiences, and AI-ready knowledge assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create technical documentation, instructional videos, guides, and troubleshooting content.
- Design and maintain scalable training curricula for support teams and partners.
- Develop eLearning modules, job aids, and knowledge base articles.
- Structure content for AI-driven, self-service platforms.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Partner Enablement teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technical writing, instructional design, or technical training.
- Strong experience with digital learning assets and video creation tools.
- Familiarity with LMS, LCMS, and enterprise knowledge bases.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
