Role Overview
Guild is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CPTO to increase the quality and speed of decisions across the Product & Technology organization. The role operates as a senior product leader and executive partner, shaping strategy into outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve decision quality and speed across Product and Technology
- Run and evolve the product operating system and rhythm of business
- Surface misalignment early and ensure shared context
- Own and resolve complex cross-organizational problems
- Shape executive, board, and organizational narratives
Requirements
- Deep product leadership experience and systems thinking
- Data fluency with outcome-centric decision making
- Ability to operate at executive and team levels
- AI fluency as the organization becomes AI-native
