Role Overview
PowerSchool is seeking a Regional Vice President, Field Sales to lead expansion and retention across large K–12 accounts in Florida and Georgia. This executive role owns regional sales performance, executive engagement, and multi-suite growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead Account Executives to achieve renewals and expansion targets
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating and forecast cadences
- Inspect pipeline and deal health in Salesforce using MEDDPICC discipline
- Partner with Customer Success, Services, and Solution Consulting teams
- Coordinate state and territory strategies across public-sector stakeholders
- Travel 50–60% to support strategic deals and executive engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience with 5+ years managing field sellers
- Proven leadership in complex public-sector and K–12 sales cycles
- Strong executive communication and coaching capability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $179,600–$225,100 USD plus commission, with comprehensive benefits including insurance, 401(k), parental leave, and discretionary time off.
