Role Overview
Curriculum Associates is seeking an Associate Director of Product, Educator Engagement to lead execution and evolution of key digital professional learning experiences for educators. This hands-on leadership role partners with product leadership to operationalize a connected ecosystem that supports educator growth across online and in-person experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, definition, delivery, and optimization
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes
- Drive execution of digital professional learning initiatives within the broader roadmap
- Leverage data and AI to support personalized learning and educator needs
- Develop KPIs and continuously measure progress using data and user insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, and Field Teams
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies and third-party tools
- Mentor and/or remind product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- BS/BA degree required; STEM preferred
- 7–9 years of product management experience delivering high-impact products
- Experience designing digital learning experiences; LMS/CMS familiarity preferred
- Strong background in product strategy, execution, and Agile team leadership
- Experience collaborating in matrixed, global organizations
Additional Information
Pay range is $93,250–$166,250 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits. Application deadline: February 11, 2026.
