Role Overview
Learning Commons is seeking a Product Manager, Platform to join the AI Developer Tools team as part of the Core Platform group. This role focuses on launching and scaling an MVP Developer Platform that supports AI-powered developer tools for education.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute platform roadmap and sprint planning using agile methodologies
- Partner with engineering to build core platform infrastructure including Identity/Auth, API Gateway, MCP server, and observability
- Conduct discovery with internal teams to understand platform needs and iterate on MVP features
- Define platform success metrics, SLAs, and support processes
- Enable cross-team adoption through documentation and collaboration with other product managers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with platform or API exposure
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, authentication/authorization, and system architecture
- Experience working in agile environments and shipping products iteratively
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to mission-driven education work
Additional Information
