Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern Salesforce CRM and Agentforce architecture
- Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions for enrollment and student success
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI features
- Lead architecture reviews and guide delivery teams
Requirements
- 15+ years in enterprise CRM platforms
- 8-10+ years as Salesforce Architect
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and integrations
- Salesforce Application or System Architect certification required
