Role Overview
The Associate Instructional Designer is a faculty learning design professional who develops high-quality, engaging educational experiences aligned with program outcomes and instructional best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, objective-driven learning experiences.
- Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to ensure instructional alignment.
- Evaluate and revise curricular materials and assessments.
- Apply evidence-based instructional design, UX/UI, and accessibility practices.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of professional instructional design experience.
- Experience utilizing generative AI and emerging technologies.
- Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
Additional Information
Occasional travel up to 20% may be required. Salary range is based on experience and qualifications.
