Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Absorb Software, you will own client relationships, drive LMS adoption, and act as a Learning & Development practitioner delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
- Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
- Design and optimize learning programs using Absorb LMS.
- Measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate product ROI.
- Deliver training, best practices, and enablement sessions.
- Monitor client health, manage risks, and support expansions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in B2B SaaS, ideally LMS or EdTech.
- Background in Learning & Development program design.
- Strong client-facing and consultative skills.
- Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and web technologies.
