Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Absorb Software, you will own client relationships, drive LMS adoption, and act as a Learning & Development practitioner delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
  • Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Design and optimize learning programs using Absorb LMS.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate product ROI.
  • Deliver training, best practices, and enablement sessions.
  • Monitor client health, manage risks, and support expansions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years experience in B2B SaaS, ideally LMS or EdTech.
  • Background in Learning & Development program design.
  • Strong client-facing and consultative skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and web technologies.
