Role Overview
Exiger is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to build, scale, and continuously improve training programs for customer-facing teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver new hire onboarding, GTM certifications, and training programs.
- Enable and optimize core sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Consensus, and 6Sense.
- Develop training bots that simulate realistic customer conversations and product scenarios.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales enablement, presales, sales, or revenue operations.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical SaaS platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
