Role Overview
EAB Research Advisory Services provides consultative support and expert advice to education leaders across K-12 and higher education. This role delivers research-informed guidance through presentations, workshops, and direct advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain issue expertise across research terrains including AI, enrollment technology, student success, and financial sustainability.
- Deliver EAB insights through consultations, virtual meetings, conferences, and on-campus presentations.
- Diagnose partner challenges, guide decision-making, and recommend strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to support partner delivery and growth.
- Contribute to original research content such as briefings, blogs, and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years professional experience, or advanced degree with 4+ years.
- Experience working with senior education leaders or as a consultant/advisor.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Additional Information
This role is remote within the continental United States with 40–50% travel. Candidates may also be based in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA.
