Role Overview
The Senior Director, Talent Business Partner is a strategic HR leader who partners with senior leaders to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness in support of College Board’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive organizational performance and leadership effectiveness using data-informed insights.
- Design organizational structures and workforce plans aligned with strategic priorities.
- Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Accelerate talent growth, mobility, and leadership development.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of strategic talent or HR experience.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
Additional Information
This is a full-time remote role within the United States, with optional hybrid work near select College Board offices. Compensation is location-adjusted and based on experience.
