Role Overview

The Senior Director, Talent Business Partner is a strategic HR leader who partners with senior leaders to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness in support of College Board’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive organizational performance and leadership effectiveness using data-informed insights.
  • Design organizational structures and workforce plans aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • Accelerate talent growth, mobility, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of strategic talent or HR experience.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote role within the United States, with optional hybrid work near select College Board offices. Compensation is location-adjusted and based on experience.
